Create Custom Notes

Managed Client Reports for WooCommerece plugin allows you to easily display notifications to your clients. To create a note for one, multiple or all your clients,

  1. Go to the WooCommerce > Client Reports > Custom Notes > Add Note pageCreate a Custom Note
    1. Enter Note Title (for internal use)
    2. Enter Note Content
  2. Locate the Settings option boxCustom Note Settings
    1. Select Role(s) (groups of clients that you want to show the note)
    2. If needed, you can add specific users in the Select Users field
    3. If the Dismissable option is selected, users will be able to dismiss the note after reading it.
    4. Decide where you want to display the note, you can show it on the Current Month Report page, My Account page or both. If none selected, you can use the provided shortcode to show the note wherever you want.
    5. Note Type option will allow you to choose note style
    6. Set the Status to Active
    7. Click the Preview button to see how the note will look like
    8. Click the Save Note button

After creating a note, it will be displayed on the selected page like this:

Note Types

The plugin offers 3 note styles:

  • Error – red
  • Info – blue
  • Success – green

Edit Email Campaigns

To manage your Email Campaigns,

  1. Go to the WooCommerce > Client Reports > Custom Notes page
  2. In the list of your notes, locate the one that you need edit
  3. Click the Edit link in the action row under the note titleCustom Notes

View Note Statistics

For each custom note, you can see which users have seen it and when, and if note is dismissable, you can see if users have dismissed it. To do that,

  1. Go to the WooCommerce > Client Reports > Custom Notes page
  2. In the list of your notes, locate the one that you need edit
  3. Click the View Stats link in the action row under the note titleCustom Notes

This will show you the note statistics.
