On MainWP > Sites > Manage tab the Status column shows you the current status of your websites: The dark green icon with a number will show you the number of available updates on your site. The red exclamation mark indicates that the site is down. The green checkmark icon indicates that your site is online. Also, your Status column can show you this icons: The red plugin icons indicates that site is disconnected from dashboard. The yellow radiation icon indicates a plugin or theme conflict.
If you want to add your child sites to Advanced Uptime Monitor extension go to MainWP > Extensions > Advanced Uptime Monitor Extension settings page. In the Advanced Uptime Monitor options box click the Add Monitor button: And pop-up window will appear: When you click Load Child Sites check box, in dropdown menu you will get a list of your child sites: Select wanted child site, select Monitor notification, Monitor type and click the CREATE button. Your child site will be added to the Monitors list.
On the Advanced Uptime Monitor Extension settings page, you have the option to Pause your Monitors for wanted sites: When your Monitor is paused the Status Monitor will become black. To Start again paused monitors just click Start icon: [box] If you want to Pause or Start multiple Monitor at once select wanted sites and use provided bulk action. [/box]
If you want your Advanced Uptime Monitor widget to show only certain Child Sites, use the Display/Hide on Dashboard bulk actions in dropdown menu. If you choose Display on Dashboard, select wanted sites and click Apply button your sites will appear in the Advanced Uptime Monitor widget: If you want to hide certain Child Sites chose Hide on Dashboard option in bulk actions dropdown menu, select wanted sites and click Apply button:
If you want to change your extensions view go to: MainWP > Extensions > Manage Extensions tab and locate Expand/Collapse buttons: When you set the Expand mode you will get bigger icons and more information about extensions: Collapse mod will get you smaller icons and less information about extensions:
If your Manage Sites table looks crowded, you can easily remove columns that you don’t need. To hide unwanted columns and free some space in the table, click the Screen Options box at the top right corner: and un-check columns you don’t need. Columns will be removed instantly.
When creating a new post if you want to assign it to a new category you can create that category from your Dashboard. To do that go to: MainWP > Posts > Add New tab and on the right side of the page locate Categories metabox. There you have the option Add New Category. When you click that option, the field will appear: In that field, write wanted category name and click Add New Category button. If you want to receive notifications from your MainWP Dashboard on multiple email addresses or you want more people to get notifications you can add multiple email addresses in the Notification Email filed separated with comma: After inserting addresses, click the Save Settings button at the bottom of the page.
If you want to ignore Updates for individual Child Sites go to the Child Site edit tab and locate the ignore options in the General Options box: Set this options to YES and click the Update Site button on the bottom of the page. With this option enabled MainWP Dashboard will ignore all Updates for the Child Site. [box] You can ignore Core, Plugin or Theme Updates separately. [box]
