We stand behind our products 100%, and even though the MainWP Extensions are non-tangible digital goods, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are unhappy with our Extensions or we have not been able to resolve an issue that makes an Extension unusable, just contact us within 30 days of your initial transaction, and we’ll refund your purchase.

Refunds are granted only for the first purchase of a product.

Refunds are generally processed within fourteen (14) days, but in special occasions it can take up to thirty (30) days.

Refunds for the MainWP Pro Lifetime license paid in 2 installments are allowed only within the first 30 days, requests submitted after paying for the second installment will be denied.
