MainWP 6.3 Highlight - MainWP Knowledge
Stop re-briefing your AI on every site
MainWP Knowledge gives your AI assistants a lasting memory of your agency, your clients, and every site you manage, so each task starts with the right context. You review and approve everything they add.
- Context, Skills, and Memory. Store the facts AI should know (hosting, maintenance windows, contacts), the procedures it should follow (deployment and QA checklists), and a history of past incidents and decisions.
- Set it once, apply it everywhere. Agency standards cover every site, client knowledge follows the client to all their sites, and site-specific details stay with the site.

- You stay in control. Anything an AI writes is marked unverified until someone on your team reviews it. The Review queue lets you verify, edit, or delete in one click.
- Rules AI can’t override. Mark agency or client records as Required, and only your team can change them from the Dashboard.

For Existing Sites:
If you prefer testing on your live environment, please follow these steps carefully:
Upgrade the Dashboard Plugin
- Download the MainWP Dashboard ZIP.
- Deactivate and delete the current version from your MainWP Dashboard site.
- Install and activate the new plugin.
Upgrade your Child Plugins
- Download the MainWP Child ZIP.
- Navigate to your MainWP Dashboard > Sites > Plugins > Install Plugins > Upload .zip file.
- Choose the sites for the upload, ensuring both “Activate after installation” and “Overwrite existing” options are selected.
Complete the installation to update your Child sites.
