Troubleshoot Extension Licensing Issues

Extensions license activation fails

If you are not able to activate your MainWP Extension(s):

1. Go to the WP > Plugins page
2. Find the Extension(s) that can not be activated with your API key
3. Select Extension(s)
4. Deactivate Extension(s)
5. Select Extension(s) again
6. Activate Extension(s)
7. Go to the MainWP > Extensions page
8. Try to activate API Key(s) again

Extensions update not detected

If your MainWP Extension(s) are not receiving automatic updates, make sure that your MainWP Extension(s) are activated with your API Key(s). In case your MainWP Extension(s) are properly activated but still not detecting available updates, please try to re-activate them by following these steps:

1. Go to the WP > Plugins page
2. Find the Extension(s) that can not be activated with your API key
3. Select Extension(s)
4. Deactivate Extension(s)
5. Select Extension(s) again
6. Activate Extension(s)
7. Go to the MainWP > Extensions page
8. Activate API Key(s) again
9. Go back to the WP > Plugins page
10. Find the Check for Updates Now link under an Extension description and click it.

Extensions update fails

If you are not able to update your MainWP Extension(s), please try the following:

1. Go to the WP > Plugins page
2. Find the Extension(s) that can not be updated
3. Find the Check for Updates Now link under the Extension description and click it
4. Try to Update it again
