Customers & Revenue Growth
Just like any other business, we were also worried about the year 2021 but luckily it went well and beyond our expectations.
Once again, I’m thankful to our recurring customers and their trust which not only helped us in branding but also the revenue.
We received 70.06% New Sessions out of which 4500+ visitors joined the MainWP family.
The MainWP Pro Yearly subscription was the most loved among our users having 54.84% growth, following the Monthly subscription by 27.78%.
We also observed a huge transition from a regular subscription to a Lifetime license because of the best value for money comparing the other solutions.
Support
For any business, the “Support is Make or Break”, we firmly believe in it and never compromise on the quality of support resulting in better customer satisfaction.
Closing out the year 2021 with a 97% positive conversation rating for the MainWP Support Team – across 2,186+ tickets – is a reason to celebrate! 🎉
Additionally, MainWP won the first position in the yearly awards by TheWPWeekly under WP Support & Services. This shows that MainWP is the best fit for WordPressers who run Website Care Plans, offering maintenance, and support services.
Dashboard & Child Plugins
MainWP Dashboard is considered the backbone of our customers. Keeping it up to date with the latest technologies, making it more efficient, and tightening the security is our core responsibility and we don’t take it lightly.
In 2021, MainWP Dashboard got 15 update releases adjusting 16,303 lines of code out of which 9,680 were added and 6,623 removed for better stability.
Just like the MainWP Dashboard, we released 8 updates for the MainWP Child plugin adjusting 1,520 lines of code out of which 1,206 were added and 314 removed.
Extensions
We strongly believe in Freedom to customize! That is the reason we kept MainWP Dashboard as basic as it can be to simplify and easy WordPress management.
The MainWP Extensions are something that empowers and extends the functionality for your MainWP Dashbaord to streamline your WordPress management workflows.
We released 53 updates for multiple extensions to keep them updated with the latest technologies and make sure they are well secured for the recent breaches.
Spreading the Knowledge
We do not believe in educating ONLY customers instead spreading the knowledge with our fellow WordPressers.
Our editorial team published 115 articles on the MainWP blog along with tons of Knowledge-Based articles, videos, guidelines, etc.
“Meta” The Community
Earlier in 2020, we launched “Meta”, the MainWP discourse-based community where our users interact and help each other.
In 2021, 952 new topics started & 525 new members joined the growing community. The MainWP community now has 3,300 posts on Meta making it one of the fastest-growing WordPress communities of Agencies, Developers, and Freelancers.
That’s all for the highlights of the year 2021. We have a lot more to share… But I just wanted to mention that we also have some failures just like every other business but we always take them as an opportunity to learn, try again with a better experience, and succeed.
Entering 2022…
Our development team is more focused on releasing more Extensions & Features that you may not find in any other WordPress management solution.
