Addressing Misguided Security Reports: Why MainWP is Updating Its Connection Process
TL;DR MainWP is enhancing its initial connection process in response to potential concerns raised by a security company and feedback from our community. What was flagged was part of the initial connection process, which we had always considered a documented feature designed for usability and security. We didn’t believe the issue warranted CVE classification, but we took user feedback seriously and made proactive updates.
