MainWP Post Plus Extension enables you to save your posts/pages as draft. To do that, just click the Save Draft button which can be found in the top left of the Publish metabox. This will save your content and setting in all other meta boxes:

34-p1

If yo want to publish previously saved drafts go to: MainWP Dashboard > Posts/Pages > Drafts page and there locate wanted draft. From here you can publish the draft by clicking the Publish action under the Draft Title:

34-p3

Or you can continue editing the draft by clicking the edit link and use the Publish button in the Publish meta box when you are done editing:

34-p2
