Simple but performance-based contact forms on your child sites are worth knowing of clean plugin options. On certain sites, you do not always need a number of extra fields in your contact site forms. There is a recent plugin option that works well and it is called SimpleForm.
After you have activated and installed the plugin it will add a new admin menu item called Contacts. The plugin adds basic contact fields and you can set the provided fields you would like to make required.
Form submission made using the SimpleForm plugin can be accessed from the following admin menu;

SimpleForm also includes two invisible honeypot fields to help with spam protection also the form plugin will also enable an option where a user will the checkbox on the form to require the users consent.

When checking using the AssetCleanUp plugin on a page in post edit in wp-admin where the SimpleForm shortcode was being used on it was only adding in the following limited assets (CSS and JS) on load.
