This feature has been retied since version 4.1

The MainWP Maintenance Extension allows you to get notification each time somebody hits the page that doesn’t exist on your sites.

To do that:

Go to MainWP > Extensions > MainWP Maintenance Extension and on 404 Email Alerts tab set Enable Notifications button to YES,
Enter an email address for receiving notifications,
Select child sites,
Click the Save Settings button.
