Last year, Marc sat down with Hans Skillrud of Termageddon to talk about privacy, why it matters, and Termageddon itself.

This year, Hans is back and they talked about the messy world of privacy laws, ambulance chasing lawsuits, why small agencies should be aware, and the eight privacy laws that went into effect in 2025.
