Using the Sleep Cycle App to Get A Better Nights Sleep

A good night’s sleep is high on the list of the most important things you can do to make sure you have a fighting chance of being able to achieve your daily goals. Tracking your sleep cycle will provide you with a better idea of how well you are sleeping during the night.
There is an easy-to-use sleep cycle app, available for both Android and iOS devices. The application will monitor your sleep overnight, so you can work out how well you slept the following day.
The application will monitor your sleep, which will use either the device’s built-in microphone to work out your movements during the time you are sleeping, or use the device’s accelerometer. For either of these sleep tracking methods to work well, the device will need to be placed in the correct position.
Once you wake, you can view your previous night’s sleep, and the graph will show you how well you slept, based on the data recorded by the application. Examples of different sleep types include regular sleep, irregular sleep, or disturbed sleep. The more nights of sleep that are tracked in the application, the more accurate the sleep quality displayed in the app will be.
