MainWP Dashboard .1.8 and MainWP Child .11 Update

I know we’ve been quiet in terms of updates for a few weeks now, but that’s only because we’ve been working on some big changes behind-the-scenes.

We are very excited to be able to share with you today what we’ve got going on in our newest release of the MainWP Dashboard .1.8 and Child .11.

With 14 bugs squished, a page of tweaks for usability and almost that many feature additions MainWP is only going to get better.

New Features

• Added User’s post count link
• Added “Last Post” column  to the Sites table
• Added “Last Sync” column to the Sites table
• Added Cron Schedule to the Server information page
• Added Main Plugin localization

• Added Groups dropdown to site search in the Sites page

Usability Tweaks

• Google Analytics data request and processing updated.
• Sites Table Redesign (Columns reordered, WP Admin and Front Page columns, removed and links moved to URL column, Last Sync and Last Post columns added with the Refresh links and Add New post link.)
• Backups Table Redesign (New columns added, Type, Schedule, Destination, Websites, Details. )
• Posts Table Redesign (Status Column added, “Dashboard | WP-Admin” actions added to the actions row in Website column, footer table sorters added)
• Pages Table Redesign (Status Column added, “Dashboard | WP-Admin” actions added to the actions row in Website column,footer table sorters added)
• Comments Table Redesign (Status Column added, “Dashboard | WP-Admin” actions added to the actions row in Website column, footer table sorters added)
• Users Table Redesign (“Dashboard | WP-Admin” actions added to the actions row in Website column, added link to posts count, footer table sorters added)

• Show per page options tweaked from 10, 25, 50, 100, All for Posts, Pages, Comments, Users.
• Removed “Upgrade All” and “Ignore All” buttons from individual dashboards
• %time% tag tweaked to display time in more user friendly way (13h07m45s)
• Test Login button added for resetting sites count after plan upgrade
• Better error message when plugin installation fails added
• Removed “General Options” sub-sub-menu
• Time and Date formatting uniformed for all pages
• Small CSS enhancements
• Fixed CSS issue for the backups progress bar
• Fixed CSS issue for the cloning progress bar
• New Icons
• Title attributes added to all status icons
• “Test Login” and “Save Settings” button rearranged in the MainWP Configuration page
• Added “(no title)” title for posts and pages without of title
• Removed Global User (all dashboard users can see all sites and options)
• Empty Group Name gets generic name New Group
• When a group name is used again it automatically gets numeration
• Changed the way of export & import backups in the database.
• Administrator User used in the secure link can’t be deleted from MainWP Dashboard
• Redesigned Refresh bar on the dashboard page

Bugs Removed

• Wrong URL’s in Post and Pages
• Offline Checks notifications sent to old email address after updating address in settings page
• Disconnected sites not attempting to re-connect
• “View Post” link not working
• Tags not being posted
• Invalid backup tags causing backup file being impossible to download
• “Delete Permanently” function not working properly
• “Disconnect” Google Analytics not working
• Optimized for bad hostings ( fixed all “notices” introduced with adding extra debugging info)
• Cloning process doesn’t copy language preferences
• Cloning process doesn’t copy DB Prefix in wp-config.php
• Click Heatmaps SS box doesn’t leave previously selected sites highlighted
• Backup not zipping all files
• Select all by site url in the themes table
