Customer experience is an absolutely critical piece of any business. And it feels like fewer companies understand this. If you are like me and millions of other shoppers, you are using self check out in your favorite stores in 2023. Amazingly, these companies do not invite us to their end of the year holiday parties. MainWP Features: Are you using these (newish) features?

Have you ever been caught off guard with a domain renewal? If you haven’t, has your client? We don’t think about domain renewals that much, perhaps once a year. Once we realize there is a renewal, then there becomes a mad scramble to get it renewed before there is “Downtime” for a client’s website. One of the nicest new features in the MainWP Dashboard is the Domain Monitor. The Domain Monitor made an appearance about a year ago and

So this is Christmas and the movies we love

Every year during this time, I like to do something fun for the MainWP Blog. I did a parody of ‘Twas Night Before Christmas a couple years ago. Last year we did a Q&A with Santa. This year, I was really hoping to double that. If not double, I really hoped to have 200 responses. See the results of the 2021 survey here. Unfortunately, we did not get 200
