MainWP Dashboard 3.2.2 Changes
MainWP Dashboard 3.2.2 along with the MainWP Child 3.2.5 introduces one significant change in site connection process. As of this version, MainWP plugin won’t allow users to connect child sites by using MD5 encryption. This means that OpenSSL Extension needs to be enabled on both, Dashboard and Child server(s). If the PHP OpenSSL Extension is not available on a child site server, the MainWP plugin was designed to drop back to an MD5 encryption connection for securing the communication between the dashboard and child site. How to level up your WordPress skills in 2017
WordPress is our tool of choice. We make our living using WordPress to solve problems. Even though I have moved more to the content side of the industry, I still maintain my WordPress projects, test things on my local server (DesktopServer), and listen to podcasts and read articles. Often, however, my learning is for writing articles, but I still keep my thumb on the pulse of the industry as much as possible. Frankly, there have not been many industries where I Continue reading the post...
These resources will make you super smarter in the New Year
Things were drastically different for me a year ago. I was plodding along working as a contract employee for a local web marketing company for a small per hour wage and writing articles for a local media company on startups and technology. I wasn’t happy and I was struggling to see the light at the end of the tunnel. In December of last year, I began thinking about where I wanted to be in 2016. I met with a business Continue reading the post...

Are chatbots for fun or business?
“Time is money.” This phrase has been around so for long that it is a proverb now. According to Wikipedia, Benjamin Franklin gets the credit: “Time is money, a phrase used by Benjamin Franklin in Advice to a Young Tradesman, Written by an Old One“ Franklin says, “Remember that Time is Money. He that can earn Ten Shillings a Day by his Labour, and goes abroad, or sits idle one half of that Day, tho’ he spends but Sixpence during Continue reading the post...
Q&A with WordPress Entrepreneur Viktor Nagornyy
I’ve been a fan of Viktor Nagornyy for a while now. Viktor isn’t afraid to talk about Inbound Marketing which often seems taboo in WordPress circles. People talk about Inbound Marketing like it only belongs to Hubspot. While Hubspot coined the term, Inbound Marketing is another word for online marketing which we all have a part. WordPress is a fantastic solution for being the center of an online marketing plan. Viktor’s team has successfully helped several business owners transition from Continue reading the post...
